That is the standard cluster message you have to send.

While thinking about this I'm pondering whether this would make spotting
everything you work 'too easy', leading to loads of spots from one
station (although the dx clusters can be quite busy during contests anyway).
* Ctrl-B should mainly work from 'S&P' mode. I think it will not make
much sense when in 'Run'.
Logical choice.
* If call input field is set and transceiver online it should send out
the DX spot based on teh actual data, but keep the call input field
filled.
* If call input field is empty (because you just had worked the
station) Ctrl-B will use the last logged QSO data.
Also logical.
Open questions:
* Should Ctrl-B work from call input and from exchange field?
I'd say yes, due to the following scenario: you hear a rare station and
that station doesn't hear your reply even after a number of tries, so
your cursor is on the exchange field. You hope others can work that
station so you want to spot it.
