It's not in a single place. A ":show-variables" $cfgopts shows theinteresting ones. But there's nothing that shows what libraries you used (which shouldn't be a factor here).
You did say 9.5 plus all patches - I'm assuming that's 9.5k - that menuEntry sounds like the bug I fixed several months ago.
