I noticed that I hadn't autoconf/automake on my machine. After installing them, I rerun autoconf;automake;./configure and everything went fine. But people who don't have them might encounter problems. Normally they shouldn't be launched at all, that's weird. And I can't understand why they are pointing to the missing file.
