Once Emacs 22 is released it would be nice to have a version of AUCTeX
Windows users could just "drop into" their Emacs installation without
having to do the "configure, make, make install" dance.  Perhaps a
simple ZIP archive will do.  Of course, such an archive could cater
for a certain installation type only (e.g. for an Emacs installation
with its own directory hierarchy like the Emacs/AUCTeX bundle).
