IIRC internal osc is about 1% vs ceramic at .1% vs crystal at .01% accuracy
over temperature.

It is an 8MHz internal oscillator but I need 16MHz.  I think the only
significant difference with crystals and ceramic resonators is clock
accuracy is lower with ceramic resonators perhaps but this I am not sure of.
