My apologies. You didn't miss seeing them; they're not there. I need to add
that to the docs.

C:\WinAVR is the "prefix" path that I mentioned, where I install WinAVR when
I build it. Yes, it *is* hard-coded into GCC. There's nothing I can do about
that. :-/
