[bug-enscript] ISO-8859-15 support

I would like to get ISO-8859-15 (aka Latin9) support
to enscript.

So, I downloaded the sources from git, patched them 
as necessary, wrote 885915.txt and rebuilt, and it seems 
to be working pretty well. The only thing that doesn't
work is the euro symbol, and that's because the .afm files
don't have it (they're ancient).

Would you consider incorporating this in the next version
and where should I send the patch for you to look at -
to the list?
Also, please consider updating the .afm files.
