I also noticed a number of bugs in old encodings,
specifically in 8859-2, 8859-4 and 8859-10.
I fixed those as well: now 8859-2 is complete
and 8859-4 and 8859-10 have only 9 missing characters
(as opposed to 18 earlier), and at least 8 of those
are actually available in both my GhostScript and
my printer (LaserJet 1320), so all they'd need is
new .afm files (or some ugly hack).

Getting new .afm files for all 35 fonts in the package
would be nice, too (now only Latin1 has complete 
support in non-Core 17 fonts), but quick search
failed to find them and I don't need them now,
and I've already spent more time on this than I intended.

Fixed stuff again in http://tapani.tarvainen.info/enscript/.

But, now I'll leave this alone for the time being
and hope this gets into official version some day.
(Yeah, UTF-8 would be better, but much harder to do
as well, and this works *now*.)
