Some characters are still missing even from the new .afm files,
though. To be specific, ISO-8859-14 lacks the following:
Bdotaccent, bdotaccent, Cdotaccent, cdotaccent, Ddotaccent,
Wgrave, Wacute, ddotaccent, Ygrave, Fdotaccent, fdotaccent,
Gdotaccent, gdotaccent, Mdotaccent, mdotaccent, Pdotaccent,
wgrave, pdotaccent, wacute, Sdotaccent, ygrave, Wdieresis,
wdieresis, sdotaccent, Wcircumflex, Tdotaccent, Ycircumflex,
wcircumflex, tdotaccent
(My printer's PostScript interpreter doesn't know those either.)
ISO8859-13, ISO-8859-15 and ISO-8859-16 seem complete.
