Ah, good thinking.  That works, of course.

I decided to use separate eggs for most of the extensions.  I'm
grouping some that are obviously related, but for unrelated one I
decided to use separate eggs.  I hope that's fine.  I prefixed all
their names with “svnwiki-”.
