Yes, those 3 are extremely common - especially the last. I mean, it is the 
surname Lee/Li, and you know how common that is. e.g. the ruling family in 
Singapore, and the current 2nd-in-command in China after Xi Jing Ping, etc.

BTW, i was wondering about the fontforge workflow and the recommendation to 
delete all the *.enc files.  Though the purpose of "cjk/doc/pdfhowto/HOWTO.txt" 
is geared towards pdf (and ones that you can cut and paste non-ascii text from, 
which isn't possible with the dvips and subfonts ), it did work with dvips, and 
(1) it does not involve using fontforge, or actually keeping subfonts around, 
(2) dvips needs the enc file to find the ttf to reassemble.

I was also wondering why Werner recommends something from 2006

"cjk/doc/pdfhowto/HOWTO.txt" was written in 2003, I went through it again in 
end of 2013 and early 2014 so it is quite current. What is missing is actually 
just a more unicode-centric set-up. For me, using regional encoding (GB/Big5) 
has a more direct interaction with fonts designed for special locale, and just 
never occur to me to update it for unicode encoding. It shouldn't be difficult, 
so I think I'll give it a go and see.
