They all made it into CVS.  I just built gnuradio-core, gr-wxgui, usrp, 
and gr-usrp from CVS checked out today.  Everything worked fine without 
any tweaking on my part.  The gains on both the sources and sinks are right.
In the gr-usrp module, configure.ac, config.h and usrp_{source,sink}_{c,s}.cc
all have the expected contents.
