Any application for GNUstep should work, once the Windows backend is completed.

People generally release an app for GNUstep, not an app for "GNUstep on
Windows".   So your question is a little ambigiuous

There is hope.   GNUstep applications run prefectly on Linux and BSD and other
OSes, it's only a matter of time before the Windows backend is complete and
they're running there as well.
