That may be so, but the fact remains that something is better
than nothing.  We can duplicate all the end-user information from
this document (bad idea), or we can make the cross-reference to
the URL with a note saying that this document mayb be available
on your system in $prefix/share/gtk-doc/html/gtk where $prefix is
the prefix gtk was installed to.
