One important task left before merging is to extract the ChangeLogs from
arch,
and somehow resolve RMS's desire to have full and accurate CVS logs.
We decided that the way to do this was (1) simplify the change log
entries by hand, and (2) use a program to extract the relevant parts
for each one file at a time.
I think Karoly said he would do (1). Would someone like to write that
program?
