Thanks for the link, Eli.

I was looking for a more general announcement.  Something like

  "Savannah needs your help.  Savannah is looking for talented sysadmins
  and developers to help maintain blahblah".

I found something on the GNU website:

  http://www.gnu.org/help/help.html

  "Help with Savannah. We are especially looking for technical sysadmin
  volunteers to help with underlying infrastructure support. Volunteers
  to help with pending project submissions are also very welcome.
  Writing a specific tool to ease the license-checking job would be
  nice; for that, a good understanding of free software licensing issues
  is highly desirable and Perl experience is also helpful. Please see
  this general information on how to become a savannah hacker and this
  description of the specific license-checking tool we have in
  mind. Please communicate with us on the savannah-hackers-public
  mailing list."

Maybe adding a line about the need of a secure bzr setup on savannah
would make this need more proeminent.
