    Nothing.  The click is simply not passed to the application by most
    toolkits.

Ok.  Can we make Emacs do this in all the configurations?
Which ones currently don't do so?

    We should probably try to get ESC to close the dialog into the Lucid
    toolkit.  That is consistent with Motif/Lesstif, MS Windows, MacOS and
    GTK.

Ok, can someone do it?
