I don't understand what is being "reported".  Can you expand on this
idea somewhat?  As a guess I think you somehow want a
context-sensitive report of a certain subject.  Sounds interesting.
Not sure how it would work.

However, I'll point out that by not using the cross-referencing
ability of planner, i.e. the ability to put a note or task on both the
daily page and a project page, you are missing what is IMHO the most
powerful feature of the package.  Surely that long linear list of
tasks fits into a dozen or so "categories"?
