[emacs-wiki-discuss] Emacs-Wiki Documentation and some implemented features

Hello!

I'd like to announce:

as another page with Emacs-Wiki material.  Maybe you'll find the page/info
document for the Emacs-Wiki mode of interest.

I have also recently made some tweaks to the source, which implement
some of the features needed for what I want Emacs-Wiki to do for me:

- When using more then one Wiki-directory, select a "current" directory
  to write new pages into.

- Just publish pages from several of the Wiki-directories of a project
