That seems to be something to do with the suppress-fixing argument to
planner-save-buffers. I am not sure what that is there for, but it
looks like there is a variable to force saving to do things like
sorting:
,----[ C-h v planner-tasks-never-suppress-fixing-flag RET ]
| planner-tasks-never-suppress-fixing-flag's value is nil
|
| Non-nil means always fix tasks whenever files are saved.
|
| You can customize this variable.
