Hmmm... was that about the scope of the consultation being more narrow then
we assume? Brian, do you think we should not submit a response at all or
should we risk being a bit too broad? Or was it something different?

I vote to do so. Can the other committee members please express their
opinion now? Anyone else with serious objections against submitting the
document?

Don't know. Maybe it looks a bit better, if it is submitted via the
committee. Maybe Alex? He has been most involved with patents and should
have more knowledge about the UKPTO. It should in any case be pointed out
clearly, that Simon is the author of the document.

OK, let's get this done now!!!
