The implementation shouldn't be that difficult.  We already have
inns.  Like most of the time, the graphics would be the problem.
So it's really good that your out there.

Considering thirst:
I'm seeing a well as that water building.  It gets more water when it is
near two water areas.  But we could also add this feature to our inns.

If we use a new building (like a well) we would have to
implement a third bar for each glob which represents thirst.
And have every glob check, if it gets thirsty and have to drink.
Which will make attacks less effective and our game more passive and
longer.  We don't want that - or, maybe for a mod?

We could add wells as new resources for inns.  In this case
this would just be other graphics for fruits.  Glob2 would look better.
The downside: it wouldn't influence gameplay.

On the other hand: we could implement inns to need
x water and y food to feed x+y globs and forget about the
happiness.  This would be my favorite.

We also could try wells, as a mix of resource and building.
You must build it.  After that it is only a resource.
I wanted to do something like that any way for resource transplantation.
