6610 support

Hi,

After reading the documentation and the archives of this mailing-list, I
know I can ask my question on this list, as it seems that probably few
people have already tried to use gnokii with a Nokia 6610.

Am I correct in thinking that it is not supported yet because of some
incompatibility in the communications protocol ? I've tried my gnokii
setup successfully with a 7110 through IrDA, and when I try to use a 6610
(with different "model" settings), it doesn't work. The phone works as an
AT modem via IrCOMM, though. Should I just add the string"6610" to one of
the phone drivers? Which one? Or is it necessary to write a new driver ? I
believe the 6610 and 7210 are practically the same, but they're not
mentioned yet anywhere in the sources. And if a new driver has to be
written, where should we start?
