[Gnu-arch-users] http archives no longer seem to work

I have a public archive available

   http://www.cs.ucsb.edu/~kris/archive-public

which is a mirror of my local archive.

I recently tried to register this from a remote machine
and received the following error 

$ tla register-archive  http://www.cs.ucsb.edu/~kris/archive-public
webdav error: 404 Not Found

What did I miss?
