I think the address should be that of someone who's responsible for the
archive -- certainly address@hidden would be downright misleading...

It seems the normal expectation is archives don't really change owners,
if someone else takes over, he'll make a new archive (that may tag into
the old archive).  Since your archive appears to be as much about having
a complete historical record as tracking current development, that may
be slightly the wrong thing in this case -- maybe if kernel.org were to
adopt it, they'd best just copy the archive in some manner, renaming
things appropriately (of course I'd hope they do other renaming too :-)
