I find neither of those at all useful in figuring out what the command
prints.  "sources" comes closer, but I don't much like that, either.
"origins"?  "roots"?  "ancestors"?  "progenitors"?  "uncles"?  (I think
I'm getting too silly, I'll stop there.)
