        It's certainly possible, but completely unrelated to anything I said.

	Isn't that one of the reasons this list exists?  If nobody else could 
say they could benefit from having an integration of make-log and 
commit, then this would clearly be an issue where the user should do it 
himself for his own environment.  That doesn't seem to be the case here.

	I enjoy writing flexible software that can meet the needs of many 
different types of users.  I don't think that's something should be 
expressly avoided.
