I agree.  "Ready" is vague.  Right now, I'll define "ready" as "the thing
imports correctly and works in a reasonable amount of time."  Later we'll
define "ready" as "a 1:1 ratio exists for BK changesets to Arch changesets,
and all renames/moves are tracked."
