       I find it really odd that I can't do things like mirror a project,
only an entire archive. I mean, if I understood correctly, I can't do
anything of the kind, right?

You can make partial mirrors, if that's what you mean
(try `tla archive-mirror --help').

In times not so long ago when tla started to support archive signing,it was said you can make a mirror and then somehow promote it to archive (by removing a file IIRC), which was the recommended way to make an unsigned archive into a signed archive. this combined with partial mirroring means you actually _can_ delete all those crufty branches which get in the way !!

I know what I'll try tonight when I get back home :)
