You should probably add "if you intend to host "Open Software". If I
understand correctly, one of the conditions to have an archive mirrored
is "That your archive only contains free software (ex. I don't have any
proprietary stuff in my archive that will get James sued)"

I have to use cheap ISP if any one of the following is true:
- I want to host "non-free" SW
- sourcecontrol.net goes down for whatever reason.

This is why I find it important feature of tla to have "dumb file
servers" for storage.
