Don't do this.  If you would just *not mess* with the paths, and
untar lilypond and guile in /, it just works.  If it doesn't
set GUILE_LOAD_PATH, just as described in

Because I *want* you to install guile, and install it in the proper
path, so that you can do some debugging, and we don't get so many
silly windows-related questions...
