btw, your "tex testfont" command you asked me to run last time was for
cmr14.  anyway, i reran it for cmr16 and i verified that tex created
this font.  (tex created
/var/tmp/texfonts/tfm/jknappen/sauter/cmr16.tfm on my machine.)  but
when i run "ly2dvi -I ~/lilypond-1.3.124/input/test size26.ly", i get
the same error as above.  :(
