Unfortunately, i don't believe we can use this document due to the 
copyright.  Derek would make the final decision.

Other than the copyright I think it is a great idea,  In fact the 
original scope of the project included tools to use UML as the basic 
design and configuration language.  Just no one has signed on to 
build the tools yet.
