Hi Gary

I tried to run cgps and xgps on remote machine.
When I run cgps, I initially get some data, later it times out.
For xgps, no data is displayed in the page after sometime for time,latitude and other parameters.

Incorrect.  cgps can be run remotely, as I stated in an earlier email.

Plus there is no reason cgps can not run on OPenWRT.

Not possible, that has a timeout, so can not hang more than the
timeout value.

And you have veriffied that how?  Like with cgps?

We can not supply any patches to older versions.  If you want help you need
to tell us what your errors were so we can fix them.
