[gpsd-users] SConfig error Python 2.7

All;

I'm attempting to build gpsd in accordance with this HowTo: https://www.ntpsec.org/white-papers/stratum-1-microserver-howto/

I have attempted clockmaker --build multiple times, and  the scons build line several times.

I don't have the system in front of me, but scons complains that lists don't have a "keys" attribute and point at line 1754 of the SConfig file.

I Googled this issue, and found several discussions of this kind of issue from several years ago, but none have helped me get gpsd built.

I am running Raspbian Stretch Lite, 2018-10-09 (plus updates) on a Raspberry Pi 3B.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you,

Dominic Hilsbos
