Yes. Pharmacy will be part of the Hospital Information System. It
deals with stock, supply chain management, invoices...

The access groups deal more with the navigation area and scope of each
user that logs into GNU Health Server. It's related to the Human
resources department and to the company organigram. So, it deals with
security aspects but from a company point of view.

The security in the Technical Guide deals from protecting your data at
a lower level (network, database, operating system... ). Here we won't
deal with access groups at GNU Health server.
