bison.simple etc.

Hi All,

I have recently downloaded bison 1.875 and managed to build it
under windows 2000.  However I cannot get it to work as I think
I have the wrong "bison.simple" and "bison.hairy" files.

I have searched the archives and the last version that seems to
ship with those files is version 1.35.  If I use the files from
that release with 1.875 then I get left with the following line
in the *.tab.c file:

$   /* the action file gets copied in in place of this dollarsign */

... and it does not compile.

Please advise where I can get the correct files.
