Nothing...

That took a loong time at least 5 mins. After that the 'kpsewhich
cmr10.tfm' came wuth the match from slocate, the others none. But this did
something baad to my system: The problem file still complains about
missing cmr10 and the other .ly stuff that worked fine before fails with:

I can't find the format file `latex.fmt'
ly2dvi Latex failed


Besides that the processing time of Lily has gone up by a factor 3-4 or
so. So now what???
