I tried a nero image and windvd gave the correct playing time.
Btw i also tried Powerdvd, it does the same as windvd.

I have also a question about the .cue file which vcdimager creates.

FILE "sk.bin" BINARY
  TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
    FLAGS DCP
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
  TRACK 02 MODE2/2352
    FLAGS DCP
    INDEX 00 00:04:00
    INDEX 01 00:06:00
What are the FLAGS DCP and  INDEX 00 00:04:00 for track02 for?
And, vcdgear seems to get a little confused by this .cue file.
It says :

VCDGear16 -cue2mpg -fix sk.cue cd2.mpg

VCDGear v1.6d coded by Dracore (address@hidden)

CUE source --> sk.cue
MPEG destination --> cd2.mpg
Extraction method --> cue²mpg
- Fix MPEG errors enabled.

 Track #     mm:ss.ff     Sector Size          Track Size
    0        00:00.00     2352 bytes/sector          689k
    1        00:04.00     2352 bytes/sector          344k
    2        00:06.00     2352 bytes/sector       822460k

■ 100%            Track 1 -> searching
ERROR: Could not find MPEG stream in sk.cue

It works when i remove, INDEX 00 00:04:00 from TRACK02
