[VCDImager] Bug found in 0.7.21

not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing
`libcdio.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'libcdio' found

Please get libcdio from
http://www.gnu.org/software/libcdio/ and install it.

This is a lie, libcdio IS INDEED installed,
