Actually, I'm coming to lilypond from fink, and my .cshrc already 
sources /sw/bin/init.csh.
I tried sourcing this file, as well as /sw/etc/profile.d/lilypond.csh 
(manually), and I ran
lilypond, but... same old errors.  (Specifically, the 'feta20.afm' 
variety.)
