I did expect it would somehow become part of the nsis install process, 
but I don't have any experience with that technology so I assumed that a 
"working" batch file would be a good start for you.  Sorry that the Win 
ME version threw out errors on your system.  It is definitely a pain 
that Microsoft didn't do better with compatibility between systems.

So, I'm not clear if the changed quoting worked for you, or if it still 
needs some fixing...
