http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.11/Documentation/translations.de.html
shows this right on the web.
Some strange characters just at the beginning of the
de/translations.html.in prevents me from viewing this file as a web
page and firefox shows it as HTML code; additionally, all these pages
have tags before the <html> document tag. Is this correct?

OTOH the French stats look OK on the web but my local HTML stats page
shows the *do not* translator name, in install.itely
