Hmm, interesting.  It looks like these "cvs2svn" commits were
autogenerated, and the shortlogs they are produce are all duplicated.

So we actually end up with commits that are duplicated many times,
once for release/2.1.3, release/2.1.4, release/2.1.5, and several
more.  :(
