I've just followed my instructions for the updated lilybuntu2, and
despite my reorganization, it still feels a bit awkward.

For reasons which are not particularly interesting and may no longer
be relevant (but which would require somebody versed in the build
system to investigate), splitting up the current chapter 3 would be
difficult.

I'm now slightly leaning towards having a single lilybuntu chapter,
containing what is now:
1.3 lilybuntu download+install
2.1 using lily-git.tcl
3.1 compiling with lilybuntu

... but then we still end up with ickiness, because there's still some
useful info in the other parts of the CG (like the git-cl stuff).

Cheers,
