Well, all the files that used to be in input/lsr/ are now in
Documentation/snippets/ , and anything that was in
Documentation/user/ is now in Documentation/notation/ .  However,
when we changed the directories, various other things in the
makefiles changed, so this might not help.

That person is me, but all I do is run the relevant scripts from
GUB.
