Update: this latest export does not contain the urls to the attachments, which
is why there are none in the re-imported DB. I still have an older exported
JSON file and this does contain attachments, so I was right - it did work
previously. Now I need to find out why this latest export failed to included
attachment urls.
Interestingly the time taken to export/import does not seem to depend on
whether attachment urls are or are not included.
