Were you using a fink package too? If so, a bug report should be
filed. Fink should remove old fonts when upgrading.

pfa fonts should be in /sw/share/lilypond/1.6.5/fonts/type1 You can
try removing /sw/share/lilypond altogether, and reinstalling lilypond
through fink.
