I'm curious where you get that impression from.  I have contributed to
mutopia, and even criticisms would be appreciated as confirmation that
they are being used.

I would send suggestions to the piece's typesetter/maintainer (listed at
the bottom of the piece details page, and not Chris Sawer unless the
maintainer cannot be reached.
