Thank you for the answers, I already could solve the problem. I attached the torrent file. This directly converts MIDI to mp3 or wav or whatever.

I do it as a 2-stage process:

timidity music.midi -Ow -o music.wav
lame music.wav music.mp3

Las time I looked at, it loaded, it didn't play or convert.  You can
import a MIDI in a MIDI track for reference only.
